Elite Urban Homes Ltd acts as a letting and management agent on behalf of landlords. All services are provided in accordance with UK property law.
2. Fees & Payments
All landlord fees are agreed in writing before instruction. Tenant fees comply with the Tenant Fees Act 2019.
3. Deposits
All tenant deposits are protected under a government-approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) within the required timeframe.
4. Maintenance
Repairs are arranged on landlord instruction or under management authority. Emergency repairs may be carried out without prior approval where necessary.
5. Data Protection
We are registered with the ICO and handle all personal data in line with UK GDPR regulations.
6. Termination
Management or letting agreements may be terminated subject to notice as outlined in the signed agreement.
7. Complaints
Complaints should be submitted in writing. We are members of PRS and follow their dispute resolution procedures
